Happiness is a state of mind
Most people tend to be unhappy at things they do not have and always take things for granted by not appreciate at what they have now.
It is our choice to make; we can choose to be happy by thinking positively to make things happen and accept the fact that sometimes things happen for a reason. Or we can choose to do nothing but to dwell and suffer from it. It is not wrong to spend more time on achieving your life goal as long as we do spare some quality time with our families and friends ~ thc
